The Enchantment is designed for the bride and groom who have palnned their entire wedding, but want the services of a professional wedding coordinator to finalize last minute details and to ensure a smooth running wedding day. Service includes:

  • a planning meeting with the bride and groom
  • pre-wedding ceremony and reception visits
  • a detailed wedding day schedule for vendors and participants
  • confirmation and coordinattion calls to vendors and service providers
  • finalization of wedding details
  • direction and supervision at the rehearsal, ceremony and reception.


The Empress is limited planning and coordinating services and is designed for the bride and groom who have the time to plan their wedding, but need the expert guidance required to avoid costly mistakes. Services include:

  • establishing a wedding budget
  • recommending quality vendors and service providers
  • providing guidance and advice
  • providing etiquette advice
  • planning meeting with bride and groom
  • finalizing wedding details with selected vendors
  • providing rehearsal and wedding day supervision and direction

The Majestic is a complete planning and coordination service and is tailored for the bride and groom who are too busy handling demanding careers or who live out-of-state and are unable to handle local wedding arrangements. Services include:

  • designing and developing your dream wedding
  • establishing and monitoring the budget
  • researching, recommending, and arranging unique ceremony and reception sites
  • recommending quality vendors and service providers
  • scheduling appointments with vendors and assisting with contract negotiation
  • recommending menus
  • manageing wedding details and follow-through with all vendors and suppliers
  • scheduling and adhering to deadlines
  • providing etiquette advice
  • performing administrative and logistical duties
